Oasis fans are already 'burying drugs' in Heaton Park ten months before Manchester gig

Oasis fans are already 'burying drugs' in Heaton Park ten months before Manchester gig

Fans of the rockers are reportedly stashing illegal substances for the 2025 gigs in the 600-acre site in Manchester already

There's being prepared, and then there's planting your drugs in a park ten months before the Gallagher brothers take to the stage there.

Oasis fans are apparently very keen to get organised when it comes to their party supplies for Liam and Noel's reunion tour, which kicks off in 2025, as some attendees are reportedly smuggling illegal substances in already.

The band will start their Live '25 Tour in Cardiff on 4 July next year, before heading to their hometown of Manchester for five gigs at Heaton Park - and a few ticket holders have already devised a plan to ensure they can get drugs in with them.

According to reports, eager beavers have been boasting about burying drugs at the the 600-acre site ten months in advance to addiction counsellors.

It's unclear as to why these people decided to spill their secret plan to sneak in illicit substances to the Oasis shows taking place up North, but if it's true, it sounds like there's already a fair bit of gear hidden underneath the surface.

Drug and alcohol rehab facility Providence Projects said: "We have spoken to members of the addiction community who have told us they have already stashed drugs in the park.

"We would warn organisers to be vigilant."

Security at the shows will be tight, with sniffer dogs and bag searches to be carried out, according to The Sun.

This might be why a string of people have supposedly opted for the buried treasure approach instead.

Providence Projects also warned that attendees will try and get creative when it comes to sneaking drugs into the Live '25 shows, suggesting some were planning to use objects including glow sticks, cuddly toys and Oasis merchandise.

Others are reportedly planning to don fake plaster casts to conceal their drugs inside - so if you spot an excessive amount of people with 'broken bones', you can hazard a decent guess as to why.

Providence Project CEO and treatment centre boss Paul Spanjar went on to caution those considering taking illegal substances, explaining it could have deadly consequences.

He added: "Whether it be the contaminated ecstasy tablet, cocaine-induced heart attack or cannabis-induced psychosis; the reality is, whilst drug use feels relatively safe and socially acceptable, it’s still playing dice with death."

Can't we all just be happy with a gin and tonic while feeling supersonic, anyway?

After Oasis' five-night run at Heaton Park concludes, the band will then head to London for a series of shows, followed by Edinburgh and Dublin.

The Gallaghers - who have finally put their 15-year feud to bed - will then head across the globe with the Live '25 Tour and perform gigs in the US, Canada and Mexico.
