If you're a 1D fan, you're probably losing your absolute s**t right now with reports that Zayn Malik has 'rejoined' the band.
The 'Pillowtalk' star, 32, made the stunning decision to leave the group in 2015 to go solo with his debut album Mind of Mine.
Because his new music was so well received, the idea of reuniting with his bandmates seemed unlikely.
Importantly, Zayn has always denied any suggestions of a rift with Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne.

And ever since Liam passed away last year, it's thought that the lads have remained on good terms.
However, reports today (13 November) that the Bradford singer has 'rejoined' One Direction have been nothing but confusing.
The Sun claims that Zayn has been renamed as a director in the band’s company PPM Music Limited, which would, of course, indicate something massive.

A music source told the outlet: “This is a huge moment.
“While heartbreaking, Liam’s passing has brought them together, it’s even more sad he was the biggest cheerleader of a reunion.
“PPM was the original company they set up when they appeared on the show. The name stands for Princess Park Manor, the private gated complex they were moved into when they won the show.
“Since Liam’s passing the boys have been in contact.”
Is Zayn actually back with One Direction?

Well, at the time of writing, Companies House states that Zayn's role was terminated on 20 June 2016 and the remaining three bandmates are no longer directors either.
Apart from a recent filing to change his address, there doesn't seem to be any link to One Direction.

Despite this, fans have been going wild on social media, with one person tweeting: "ZAYN REJOINED IN ONE DIRECTION??!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Zayn rejoined one direction?????? LIKE FOR REAL?" another penned.
While someone else said: "Waking up on a random thursday to the news that Zayn Malik has officially rejoined one direction is so... nobody speak to me."
Would Zayn be up for a One Direction reunion?
Shortly after leaving the band, Zayn told The Times that 'if the time was right and that was the thing to do, then I would make that decision when it came around'.
Explaining that he had 'no beef' with 1D, he added in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter: "I genuinely enjoyed [the band] and did whatever I could to be myself within that, but it’s just not where I sit as a musician. The other boys’ taste was generally indie rock. It’s good music, but I don’t f**k with it. That was never cool where I was from."
LADbible Group has contacted Zayn Malik's representatives for comment.
