Ever since Netflix's new show, Wednesday, dropped on the streaming platform this week, viewers have all been talking about the same scene.

You can watch it below:

The new Addams family series stars Jenna Ortega and has been described as a ‘twisted new series from the mind of Tim Burton’.

It follows Wednesday as she attends Nevermore Academy, balancing her studies with all manner of mysterious goings on.

The official synopsis from Netflix says: “The series is a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy.

“Wednesday's attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorised the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago - all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships at Nevermore.”

After binge watching the series, people are loving one scene in particular - Wednesday's iconic dancing scene.

The moment takes place in episode four - titled Woe What a Night - in which Nevermore Academy hosts their ball, Rave’n Dance.

And Wednesday completely steals the show with her mesmerising and bizarre dance routine.

A clip of the scene has since been shared on TikTok, captioned: "The director said 'time to dance' and Jenna Ortega heard him loud and clear."

And others were loving it, with one commenting: "The director said take five but jenna ortega heard change lives."

While another said: "Jenna ortega is an absolute queen and i adore her."

And a third added: "This whole scene is immaculate; she looks striking and his reactions are great."

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "That was perfect jenna ortega the world is yours."

And a fifth said: "IT'S SO GOOD WEDNESDAY DANCING CHANGED MY LIFE."

The series stars Jenna Ortega.

But it seems Ortega wasn't mega prepared for the scene, despite it looking expertly choreographed.

"I realised two nights before that I've really got to throw something together," she told NME.

"It's crazy because on the day I actually – it was my first day with COVID – so it was awful to film, and I asked to redo it but we didn't have time."

Alongside Ortega, the Addams Family cast is completed by Catherine Zeta-Jones' as Morticia Addams, Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams and Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams.

Christina Ricci, who played Wednesday Addams in 1991’s The Addams Family and its 1993 sequel Addams Family Values, also makes an appearance as Marilyn Thornhill, while Gwendoline Christie stars as Principal Larissa Weems.
