Netflix fans can't stop watching series with seriously 'twisted ending' that they 'can't get over'

People still think about the 'mind blowing ending'

One of the wonderful things about Netflix is that you can stumble upon something great while flailing around for the next thing to watch.

There's been loads of shows on the platform which have come up, made a big splash and then disappeared into the rear-view mirror of our collective consciousness as something else came on which we had to watch.

While there's plenty of stuff getting constantly shunted away from our attention, it does mean you can always come back to something else.

With that in mind, you might want to check out a thriller series from 2021 which Netflix fans are still getting plenty of mileage out of.

"I watched it like five times, finding new things I didn't realize before," one very satisfied viewer declared, which bodes well if you're the sort of person who likes to pick up on clues they missed the first time around.

Someone else just coming to the series now said it was 'one of the best shows I've seen in a while'.

Meanwhile, one confused sounding fan said that while they 'loved it', they also 'hated the ending' and somehow thought the denouement 'also kinda made the show great'.

There was a hell of a lot of praise for the ending, with people calling it 'twisted', 'mind blowing' and talking about how memorable it was.

This is Behind Her Eyes, a series starring Simona Brown, Tom Bateman, Eve Hewson and Robert Aramayo in the show based on a book of the same name.

To tell you about it while being as un-spoiler-y as possible, Behind Her Eyes follows single mother Louise (Brown) as she starts an affair with her boss (Bateman), and she somehow ends up making friends with his wife, Adele (Hewson).

However, Adele's friend Rob (Aramayo) arrives on the scene and it all really gets more complicated from there.

If you want to see the twist for yourself it's up to you to get watching. (Netflix)

That's about as much as we can tell you before the serious spoilers would come tumbling out, so it's up to you to figure out the rest of what's going on.

What keeps people coming back to watch it again is a twist in the tale, and with just six episodes to get through, it's a pretty manageable thrill.

Behind Her Eyes gets to the point quickly enough, and having 'one of the coldest endings ever' certainly helps keep people's attention.

From here, it's just up to you to figure out whether this is going to be your next series to watch.

If so, you know what to do.
