A man has paid homage to the Deep from The Boys, and honestly, it’s one of the best cosplays we’ve ever seen.
The man who fashioned an outfit inspired by the ‘Herogasm’ episode has sent shock waves through the internet with his deep-ly accurate portrayal of the controversial supehero.
The bloke was seen at the Riminicomix, which is the 'container of events on comics and cosplay of Cartoon Club' in Italy.
One person wrote: “Okay this dude won.”

Another person commented: “That’s fire I ain’t gonna lie.”
A third noted: “I think of it that most these folks probably live on California, or Los Angeles or whatever, and it's basically the land of entertainment.
“Those people are surrounding more around makeup artists, costume designers, etc. It's just another day for them.”
After witnessing this guy’s portrayal, everyone else can hand in the towel because no one can top that.

The hilarious outfit even captured the attention of The Boys’ Twitter page, which retweeted the image, captioning the photo: “I… I’m just gonna put this your timeline.”
I’m sure when Halloween rolls around, we’ll see many Deep and Octopus-inspired costumes roaming, making many jaws drop to the ground.
However, while that infamous moment is one of the funniest scenes in the series, Chase Crawford recently disclosed to Men’s Health that shooting the episode was anything but.

When asked what was the most challenging scene to film of the season, the actor shared: “Yeah, it was the scene involving the octopus. And that thing was like a 40-pound [18 kg] rig around my neck.
“And again, Stephan [Fleet] was so amazing—he saw me in a little pain and was like, ‘Let's just cut some of those octopus limbs off! I'll just do it in post.’ So there he was just cutting off these fake arms."
The Gossip Girl actor also said that in anticipation of shooting the sex scene, he was bordering on the edge of an ‘emotional breakdown’.

He said: “The next morning I was like, ‘I need to know what all the camera angles are. What are we doing? Can we not do this shot? How will I sleep at night?’
“And Kripke started laughing and said, ‘We're never gonna make you do anything you don't want to do, so let's talk about this.’ So that was the only one of those emotional breakdowns I had.”
