Woman with viral 'limp d*ck' tattoo fail reveals smart way she covered it up

Woman with viral 'limp d*ck' tattoo fail reveals smart way she covered it up

Her TikTok showing off the original tattoo has been viewed millions of times, but her cover-up has left the inking unrecognisable

A woman with a rather dubious looking tattoo has revealed the clever way in which she covered up the creation with something rather stunning.

TikTok user Anicole (@lanicole001) went viral - we're talking millions of views - for a clip in which she showed off a matching tattoo she got with her mate.

The problem was it didn't quite turn out how she'd imagined. Take a look in the video here:

Tattoos themselves aren't too easy to get rid of, either. And they can be very expensive.

So when Anicole and her mate's tattoos of half a butterfly each came out looking like 'limp d*cks', the task was underway to cover the suspicious looking ink up.

The rather phallic-looking wings looked the part when their arms were next to each other. The problem was when they weren't.

Anicole was left wide-eyed and in tears when she realised what it looked like, writing: "When you try to get cute matching tattoos and you get two limp d*cks instead."

The algorithm truly did its job too in serving up the content, with it viewed by almost eight million TikTok users.

Naturally the comments also flooded in. All 8,200 of them.

One person asked 'is this a prison tattoo?' with another responding: "Yo, I work in a prison. They do better work than this."

"Whoever did this knew. They knew," another TikTok user commented.

Others gave their best advice on how to cover up the not safe for work tattoo.

There was the common suggestion to simply get the other half of the butterfly added to her own arm, with her friend getting the same.

"As long as both has the same tattoo, I think that will work too," one said.

Another said they should get it coloured in and add line work so it more obviously looks like the wing that is intended to represent.

Well, Anicole did pretty much exactly that.

In a recent video, she responded to a comment that said: "Just go get the rest of the butterfly done so it looks like an actual butterfly."

Responding, Anicole said: "The OG 'butterfly wing' has long since been covered."

This was accompanied by a video showing how she transformed the 'limp d*ck' into a rather stunning arm piece, with two detailed butterflies and a floral arrangement between them.

Responding, one person said: "Turned out awesome! Happy for you."
