The Last Leg has received a number of Ofcom complaints for Rosie Jones' recent joke about Greta Thunberg, which viewers said was 'disgusting' and 'not funny'.
The TV regulator confirmed to Metro that it had received a total of 22 complaints about Jones' comments, which she made on the New Year's Eve episode of The Last Leg.

Jones had begun: "Greta's amazing and what she's doing is brilliant.
"But don't do it now. She needs to live a little, she's only 16."
She then quipped: "She should be doing two things - drinking Lambrini and getting fingered."
But while her fellow guests and hosts Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker broke into laughter, Jones' joke was met with a bit of a mixed reaction beyond the studio.
Some viewers simply defended the gag as 'post watershed adult humour', which the comedy talk show is known for.

However, many others took to Twitter to slam the 'disgusting' remarks, with one person writing: "Massive f***ing yikes on the Last Leg of the Year for some 'comedian' suggesting Greta Thunberg should be getting fingered and drinking Lambrini. @Channel4, are you serious?"
Another said: "Oh dear, did Rosie Jones say that. Not funny."
A third commented: "No need at all. Disgusting joke from Rosie Jones."
Elsewhere in the programme, Widdicombe also made a gentle dig at Thunberg - saying she was 'the first person to perfect the art of bunking school', making a reference to Thunberg skipping school for a climate strike.

It was probably only a matter of time before the climate change activist was mentioned during the programme, which often covers the latest headlines.
After all, she was recently named TIME's Person of the Year thanks to her work, proving just how big a year she's had.
In an article that explained why Thunberg has been named as the Person of the Year, Edward Felsenthal, TIME's editor-in-chief wrote: "When she first heard about global warming as an eight-year-old, Thunberg says she thought, 'That can't be happening, because if that were happening, then the politicians would be taking care of it.'

"That they weren't is precisely what motivated her to act, as it has youth the world over who are forcing us to confront the peril of our own inaction, from the student-led protests on the streets of Santiago, Chile, to the young democracy activists fighting for rights and representation in Hong Kong to the high schoolers from Parkland, Florida, whose march against gun violence Thunberg cites as an inspiration for her climate strikes."
