Jen and Judy are back in the brand-new trailer for season two of Dead To Me.

The new season picks up where the last one finished, which if you remember saw the pair in a bit of a jam after Jen killed Judy's husband Steve.

However, rather than report the killing, Jen and Judy decide they best thing to do is cover it up, despite neither of them knowing very much about how to dispose of a body.

Both Jen (played by Christina Applegate) and Judy (Linda Cardellini) seem to be unravelling as the gravity of the situation hits home.

Meanwhile, Jen is still reeling from the news that it was Judy and Steve who were responsible for the death of her husband Ted.

As you can imagine, the trailer has got fans pretty excited about the upcoming season, with one person writing: "Hell yes! Been waiting for season two ever since the credits started rolling at the end of season one."

Another posted: "I just wanna thank you for dropping this on my birthday. It's truly the highlight this year."

While a third chipped in: "One of the best shows, acting and writing to come in years."

And it seems as though fans definitely won't be left disappointed when the second season lands next month, as creator Liz Feldman has promised things will get pretty dark this time around.

She told The Hollywood Reporter: "Just like the rest of the show, it's not exactly what you think it's going to be.

"There's an evening of the score and there's a rebalancing that will take place and almost, in some ways, a role reversal.

"This show will always be a show that explores the dark sides and the light sides of grief, loss, forgiveness and friendship. So, suffice to say, there will be more darkness."

Dead To Me season two lands on Netflix on 7 May.
