Big Brother viewers have been left shocked after finding out the statement that George Gilbert said which led him to be booted from the house, as well as statements he said which only earned him a warning.
George was announced to have been removed from the house with ‘immediate effect’ by Big Brother producers last Wednesday for repeated use of ‘unacceptable language’.
The contestant then revealed yesterday in a YouTube video he posted exactly what was said that led to his removal from the house.
George revealed in a YouTube video that the disgusting statement that triggered his removal after several warnings, saying he had posited whether there was ‘no smoke without fire’ regarding conspiracy theories that Jewish people run the world.

The disgraced parish councillor and background actor said this was to many ‘great thinkers’ having anti-Semitic tropes in their writing, referencing Shakespeare, Roald Dahl, and Cicero.

Though this horrific statement led to his removal, some fans on social media are perhaps even more shocked at the other statements he was able to say that simply resulted in warnings from producers.
George received three warnings prior to his removal, one of which was aired and saw him mocking LGBTQ+ activist and queer housemate Sam, imitating him with limp wrists and a shrill voice.
His other two warnings, however, were for statements that could not be aired due to Ofcom regulations.

The first of these saw George saying that he didn’t think evil people existed, and used the example of Adolf Hitler.
The contestant claims he said ‘Hitler was misguided’ and that he was ‘fed a pack of lies about the Jews’.
Following this was a second warning for saying he would feel like he’s ‘betraying his kind’ if he had children with black or brown women, saying he wanted to preserve his ginger hair in future generations.
This pair of horrific statements had fans online questioning how he was allowed to be kept in the house after saying them on the show.

One fan tweeted a GIF of a shocked woman, saying: “George got warnings for saying ‘Hitler was misguided’ and he wanted to ‘procreate with [his] kind’ and they STILL they kept him in there.”
Others on X replied to a TV news outlet SuperTV 24/7 reporting his comments about not wanting to have children with black or brown women, saying: “Holy f*ck he should’ve been kicked off for this alone surely.”
Another said: “THIS is why ITV didn’t want to reveal the reasons for the warnings. Because had they listed them off, we’d have seen he shouldn’t have lasted beyond day 1 or 3.”

Superfans on the Big Brother UK subreddit raised another question, saying that he would have had to go through a lengthy audition process to go on the show.

One commented saying: “This is a big one. His views aren't just slightly "misguided". They're flat out abhorrent. There's no 'correcting' this through dialogue in a house full of strangers, there's no room to "grow" from said experience. All it does is attempt to platform his bullshit views.
“Just because they didn't air any of them (the ones he got warnings for) on the show doesn't mean they didn't platform him.”
And another said: “BB has really fumbled this. He should not have been given a platform - now his voice is only louder.”
ITV did not respond immediately to a request for comment. They previously released the following statement from a Big Brother spokesperson at the time of his removal: “Following repeated use of unacceptable language and behaviour, George has been removed from the Big Brother House with immediate effect and will no longer participate in the programme.”
