Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Win has aired the shocking moment in which Lucy Spraggan suffered the worst injury of anyone on the show to date, tearing her vulva during a task.
Since Spraggan’s comments last week about the injury went viral, it led many to wonder what caused the horrific injury.
During an exclusive interview with LADbible Spraggan spoke about this, stating that it had taken place during a bungee jump task.

The task was in last night’s episode and saw the X-Factor singer joining other celebs in doing a terrifying bungee jump drop from a 130-foot viaduct.
This even led Rebecca Loos, a Dutch model best known for claims she had an affair with David Beckham, to quit the TV show citing a fear of heights.
Spraggan, however, managed to successfully complete the task despite tearing her vulva due to the positioning of the bungee.

Along with an exit from Lady Leshurr due to a serious neck injury, this left only Lucy Spraggan, Adam Collard, Bimini, Conor Benn, Troy Deeney, and Michaella McCollum.

After coming down from the bungee jump, Lucy says matter of factly: “I cut my Labia.”
When asked for more information by a shocked fellow contestant, she says it got cut by the bungee cord and says it is bleeding.
Spraggan spoke about the injury in an exclusive interview with LADbible, saying of the bungee jump that she felt a ‘yank’.
The X-Factor star went on to say it was a ‘f*cking sincere amount of pain’ and that she had reconstructive surgery coming up.
She went on to say: “Yeah, [she has just been] letting it recover. It's just like a discomfort thing, rather than it being like anything too traumatic.
“Like I say, there's worse things happen in the world.”

Spraggan was able to take the injury in stride, however, jokingly adding: “Cosmedicare [are carrying out the surgery]. They did my tits, actually.
“When I lost like 22 kilos, and I ruined my boobs those guys reconstructed my boobs, and now they're going to reconstruct my labia, which is really funny.”
This did not stop Spraggan from pointing out the double standards of the story becoming a massive viral discussion point from the show.

She pointed to fellow contestants Troy Deeney and Conor Benn commented on how they’d hurt their balls during the challenge, adding: “Men can say, 'Oh, I've hurt my balls', and that's just an everyday part of life.

"But if a woman is like, oh my god, I f*cking ripped my labia, everyone's like: ‘Oh my God, this woman's talking about her vagina’.
“I just think it's like, I would love for you to include this, I just think that it's kind of crazy that men are always like, ‘Oh, my balls, my balls, my balls’.
"The second that a woman is like, I've got a vulva [it’s a big news story].”
