One of the stars of the current series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has been left needing surgery following one of the most excruciating injuries seen on the show.
Ahead of the next episode tomorrow (10 August), Lucy Spraggan has revealed she ‘ripped’ her vulva.
The X Factor star is joined by the likes of Louie Spence, Rebecca Loos, Adam Collard, Michaella McCollum and Harry Clark on the seventh season of the Channel 4 show.
S Club 7’s Hannah Spearitt lasted just minutes on-screen before she quit with Love Islanders Tasha Ghouri and Chloe Burrows handing in their arm bands after struggling.

But Spraggan seems to have really dedicated herself to taking on the intensely difficult course as she’s left with what arguably sounds like the worst consequence.
The 34-year-old had several injuries during her time on Celebrity SAS but it was a stunt wearing a harness that left her in total agony and bleeding.
“I ripped my labia - it was bad. That's not a common injury. Actually, genuinely, that's never been the same, so much so I'm having some surgery soon to correct it,” she told The Sun.

“I don't really know even what happened, I guess the harness was tight.”

Spraggan explained that in the moment, while it felt ‘really bad’ she thought there surely couldn’t ‘be anything.’
“And I looked and there was a tear, there was lots of blood and the doctor came over and I turned around because at that point you literally don't care about anything,” the singer explained.
She said that all ‘dignity’ was out of the window and added that the medic on set initially thought it was her leg that was injured and bleeding but she had to correct them.
While that is a pretty brutal one, she was left with a number of other battle wounds from the show.

At one point, Spraggan ended up nearly knocking out a tooth and fainted.
Plus, when trying to jump from a helicopter onto a boat, the star face-planted the sea and was left with a black eye - that was still there on her wedding.
In that same incident, the fall permanently displaced filler in her cheeks.
“I had the filler under my eyes and when my face hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face,” Spraggan explained. “By that point I was just in pain everywhere...and the filler didn’t migrate back, when I got home I had to have it dissolved."
Well, you can certainly say she put her whole body into it.
