How to watch The Boys season 4 in the UK

The satirical superhero series The Boys returned for a fourth season this month, with the first three episodes dropping last week. But how exactly do you go about watching it here in the UK?

Well, whether you’ve been counting down the days until the new season started or have wanted to give it a watch for a while now, keep reading to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the action.

How do I watch The Boys season 4 in the UK?

The fourth season of The Boys, as well as the previous three seasons, are exclusively available to watch on Prime Video.

If you don’t already have Prime Video, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial, which will also give you free one-day delivery on millions of items. However, if you’ve had a free trial in the past or are looking to sign up simply to watch movies and TV shows, you can sign-up for Prime Video on its own for £5.99 per month.

For just £3 more a month (or £95 when purchased annually) you can get Prime Video as part of Amazon’s Prime membership. This means that as well as having access to Prime Video, you also get a number of different perks.

Whether you sign up solely for Prime Video or opt for the Prime membership, both options allow you to watch TV shows like The Boys on everything from laptops and phones to tablets, smart TVs, streaming sticks and games consoles.

And if you happen to have a long train or plane journey planned this summer or want to catch up on episodes during your commute to and from work, you can download content to watch on the Prime Video app, meaning you don't need to be connected to WiFi or mobile data to keep watching.

What to expect from The Boys season four

Even though the first three episodes of the new season were dropped on the same day, the following five episodes will air weekly, with the upcoming season consisting of eight episodes in total. And there’s plenty to look forward to.

According to Amazon, 'the world is on the brink'. It continues: “Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office – and Butcher, who has only months to live, has lost Becca’s son as well as his job as The Boys’ leader.

"The team is fed up with his lies – but with the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world.”

Given that The Boys will be coming to an end after season 5, fans will need to tune in to see how the beloved show starts to wrap up.
