Kaleb Cooper left Diddly Squat Farm 'immediately' after request from Jeremy Clarkson

Jeremy Clarkson claimed that Cooper had stormed off the farm after he made a simple suggestion

Jeremy Clarkson revealed that Kaleb Cooper once left his farm after he disagreed with something he'd suggested.

Cooper was once your run-of-the-mill farmer in Chipping Norton, but following his appearances on Clarkson's Farm, he might just be the most famous farmer in the UK.

The 26-year-old has been a regular feature in the Prime Video series, with his back and forth arguments with Clarkson being one of the highlights of the show, and making Cooper a firm fan favourite.

But sometimes, these disagreements can escalate and result in people losing their heads, with the young farmer apparently storming off Diddly Squat Farm after he didn't agree with something that Clarkson said.

It'll be interesting to see if the clash will be included in the long-awaited fourth season of the show, which is set to drop on 23 May.

In a column for The Sunday Times Clarkson spoke about his desire to clean up around the farm, claiming that Cooper, much like most other farmers, ‘never throws anything away’.

"Ask him to put something away and he acts like a seven-year-old who’s been told to tidy his room," Clarkson claimed.

He went on: "He’s not interested in tidiness because it takes time and time is money."

The 65-year-old wrote that in the farming world, something looking ugly or unappealing doesn't really matter, meaning that Cooper isn't as clean around the place as the former Top Gear presenter would want.

He recalled: "When I asked him to help me tidy the farmyard, he immediately got into his ugly pick-up truck and went for a weekend mini break with his family in the Yorkshire Dales."

It seems like the pair have a good, playful back-and-forth going on, as Clarkson still managed to get some jabs in at his mate by calling his pick-up truck 'ugly'.

Cooper made his first appearance on TV screens back in 2021, as Clarkson kept him around to help him run the farm while the whole thing was documented by a camera crew.

The farmer turned out to be a hit on the show, as he half-laughed at Clarkson attempting to do manual labour for the first time.

Recently, Cooper spoke about his long-term desire, and it's nothing to do with farming.

He actually plans to retire early, claiming to work 115-hour weeks, which now consist of both farming and media work, so he can retire earlier.

Speaking to The Times last year, he admitted: "I’ll make all the money now, hopefully, have a farm, then chill out, go partying and be in Ibiza, though I can’t think of anything worse than being in a nightclub."
