Reality TV star Bobby Norris has told how a sobering conversation with a doctor reminded him to seize the day, as 'tomorrow isn't guaranteed'.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 39, opened up about how being informed he might have just 12 hours to live after experiencing serious 'health problems' last year.
He explained that he had an 'honest' conversation with a medical professional while desperately attempting to find the source of his issues, who subsequently delivered some terrifying news.
During an appearance on This Morning on Wednesday (29 April), Bobby debuted his new look after recently undergoing some intense cosmetic procedures.

He explained that he flew to Turkey to transform his appearance after 'abusing fillers' for around a decade. A surgeon performed a face and neck lift, as well as a lower blepharoplasty.

Bobby said that he used to visit clinics for injections 'every 12 weeks', while pointing out: "Some people don't even go to the hairdressers that often."
Explaining the impact that his filler obsession had on him, the TV icon said that his skin became 'stretched out and baggy', while comparing himself to 'a space hopper'.
Bobby encouraged people to 'do their research' and acknowledged that major surgeries like the recent ones he has undergone 'come with dangers', but said he is extremely pleased with his results.
The Essex-native said that he is currently still a 'little bit swollen' and has been told that it could take up to 12 months for his new face to 'really settle in'.
When quizzed by hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard about what encouraged him to take the plunge and head to Turkey, Bobby said that there isn't 'a cream on the market' that could help his skin.

As well as this, he got something of a wakeup call while searching for an answer to some 'health problems' that he experienced last year.
Bobby brushed over the details as he explained it was a 'story for another time', but did reveal: "The doctor was quite honest...I mean, I was having so many tests done.
"The lovely doctor said at one point, 'We've got a specialist here. And if it's something he thinks it is, you could be dead in 12 hours'."
Comically, he then went on to say: "And in your head, you think...and this sounds really crazy to say, but I thought, 'Well, I can't die. I'm going to Sheesh tonight!'
"At my age, you don't expect to hear that. And then I kind of thought, 'Well, we all have these age things in our heads'. I thought, 'Well, why am I waiting for my 40s to correct something?'"
Although he had intended to wait a few more years until he went under the knife to transform his face, the conversation made him realise that there was no point waiting around.

Bobby continued: "There was process of elimination, working out [what was wrong]. My heart's been photographed more than Kim Kardashian.
"They were trying to work out what the issue was and and some of the tests had come back and he was like, there's a chance it could be 'this'. I knew I'd always do my face in my 40s.
"And I thought, 'I'm waiting for my 40s for that, but tomorrow ain't guaranteed'. Do what makes you feel better. I'm just always honest about it."
Bobby said he's 'big enough and ugly enough' to deal with flack from online trolls about his decision, as abiding by beauty rituals such as 'honey and oatmeal scrubs' simply wasn't going to cut it for him.
"For me, it's never that I'm following a fashion," he added. "It's kind of...I'm almost correcting my stupidity of abusing fillers. I think it's really important for people to do whatever makes you happy, if it's for you.
"But even with fillers, you can cross the line. Don't just think because you're not having an anaesthesic that it's going to be all hunky dory."
Bobby admitted he wouldn't rule out going under the knife for cosmetic surgery again, as he 'probably will'.
