Love Island has at last returned to our screens and 11 singletons have entered the stunning Majorca villa wishing to fulfill their dreams of having a summer love. Among these contestants is Dami Hope, a 26-year-old senior microbiologist from Dublin. Replacing the previous Irish love islanders in previous series, such as Maura Higgins, Greg O’Shea, and Yewande Biala, he certainly turned heads when he stepped into the villa. 

Revealing that his favourite artist is Eminem, Dami says that he is looking for ‘someone who is caring, open minded, adventurous and has a good fashion sense. Someone who doesn’t hold him back and allows him to chase things that he wants to do…a girl with a soft ass and who dreams big!’. 

Not much is known about his educational history and family, but with only 3 episodes into the series, more will inevitably be revealed.

He is currently coupled with the 24-year-old Londoner, Amber Beckford, who seem happy that the public paired them up. Admitting that they would’ve stepped forward for each other, Dami said ‘I think she is kind of funny, we are both two people that will just let things happen and we will see if it rocks basically’. Only time will tell if they stay together or if his head will be turned…
