Shared on Heming Willis’ official Instagram, it shows the couple at their renewal ceremony along with their family and friends.

Earlier this year, it was announced that the 68-year-old actor had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain.

His family, including ex-wife Demi Moore, shared the heartbreaking news on social media with a lengthy statement about Willis’ condition.

They also thanked those who’d supported the family, saying: "Our family wanted to start by expressing our deepest gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love, support and wonderful stories we have all received since sharing Bruce’s original diagnosis.”

And since the announcement back in February, the family have also been sharing more of their life from before and after the diagnosis.

This latest video was shared by Heming who wrote a sweet caption, which reflected on the special day.

In the short clip, the Die Hard star and Heming Willis can be seen exchanging vows as their two young daughters, Mabel Ray and Evelyn Penn act as flower girls.

All dressed in white, the family look elated as they celebrate with their loved ones at an unknown location, which Heming Willis also said was at the 'same place' where they first shared their vows.

Acting as the officiator is Stephen Eads, who wore white as the couple reaffirmed their love for one another during the relaxed renewal service.

And Willis’s older daughters also act as the bridesmaids, even singing a song for them with a guitar as the couple hold onto each other in the throwback clip, which was shared on Tuesday (21 March).

Heming wrote in the caption: “On our 10th wedding anniversary we decided to renew our vows in the same place we said “I do” back in 2009. I’m so happy we did. Seize every opportunity to unite and celebrate with family and friends.

“Those are the moments and beautiful pockets of memories that you get to hold on to for a lifetime. And we get to keep those memories safe and alive for the ones that might not be able to.”

Heming Willis then tagged Willis’ daughters, Rumer and Scout, and ex-wife Demi, thanking her for being the videographer on the couple’s special day.

She also thanked Eads for ‘for marrying us, again and to our sweet family and friends for always showing up for us'.
