In the past you may have seen Joe Lycett very entertainingly recounting various run ins he's had with certain councils.

Most notably, his story about appealing a parking fine went viral after he told it during a segment on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.

Now, Joe has been sent another fine, this time by Leeds Parking Services.

Of course, you wouldn't expect him to pay it any normal kind of way, so he went for sending them a letter, a Panini sticker and a box of 20 pence pieces adding up to £30.

In full, his letter reads:

"Dear Leeds Parking Services,

Please find enclosed £30 payment for my recent violation of a bus lane PGN LS82873274.

Please also find a Euro 2016 sticker for Portuguese player Bernardo Silva.

All my love, Joe Lycett x"

Brilliant, just brilliant! And here's a video of a man paying a parking fine, all in pennies, for your viewing pleasure.

Let's hope Joe Lycett has more run ins with the council.
