One of the worst things that can happen to people these days is having very private photos of themselves shared with others or leaked onto the internet. But if they're mocked up photos, then why not send them to a parent for a cheeky chuckle.
That's what English actor Kate Beckinsale thought would be funny when she was perusing the internet one day, and came across a Reddit page that featured naked photos of her.

Luckily, they were just photos of her face superimposed onto very intense porn scenes.
The 44-year-old, who has appeared in the Underworld series, Pearl Harbour and Total Recall, told Jimmy Kimmel the semi-embarrassing story, check it out here.

Kate said: "I know Reddit is the one where, sometimes you can find pictures of porn stars with your own face on it. So, I've been sent a few distressing photos of myself, very busy actually. Not just in a wicker chair naked, but involved. You know, with more than one person.
"So, when I was sent it I just immediately sent it my mother with no explanation."
Naturally her mum was freaked out, but after a few seconds of looking at the images, she was able to definitively prove that that wasn't her daughter; but she did it in a weird way.
Kate adds that her mum replied with: "Oh darling, oh dear, oh no, oh phew, you've got hardwood floors and that's a carpet."

But that wasn't the only funny statement that she made on the show. Kate went from embarrassing daughter, to embarrassing mum.
Sitting in the audience was Kate's 18-year-old daughter, although, before revealing that she was there, Kate told Jimmy: "'You know how [teenagers] have crushes on like Justin Bieber and things like that? She's got one on you.
She then turned to the audience and explained: "Obviously, it's a little bit of a tricky situation, because my daughter's dad [Michael Sheen] is dating Jimmy's ex-girlfriend [Sarah Silverman] - it's very twisted.

"It's a sort of horrible, Human Centipede-y vibe in our house. Anyway, I think you should be pleased", she said as she turned back to Jimmy, "she's very attractive. She's out of your league! I just want you to know that."
Kate was on the show promoting her new movie The Only Boy in New York, which will debut in America on 11th August.
The film is about how a college graduate's life is uprooted and thrown about after finding out his dad has a mistress. Ninety-four users on IMBD have reviewed the film, giving it an average score of 6.6/10.
