If your garden's looked exactly the same since lockdown and you've made peace with the fact that the grass is more weed than lawn at this point, Amazon Prime Day might be your sign to finally make a change.
With temperatures forecasted to hit extreme highs this week, time spent in the shade checking out Amazon's four-day sale might be the better option, especially if you're avoiding work.
And for once the thing you actually need, weedkiller, comfy garden furniture, paddling pools, and BBQs actually line up with what's on offer.
Prime Day's top-selling garden deals shortlist:
- Bestway 6ft ground pool
- Lay-Z-Spa New York
- COZYBRITE Garden Corner Sofa Rattan Furniture Set
- PHI VILLA 3m Garden Parasol Umbrella
- Yaheetech Fire Pit Heavy Duty Fire Bowl
- Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Electric BBQ
- Weber Spirit E-410 Gas Barbecue
The pool situation, sorted
The Bestway 6ft ground pool has been reduced by 59% bringing it down to £11.38 from £27.99, which is roughly the cost of a couple of drinks at the pub and considerably more useful in a heatwave.
If you're thinking bigger picture, like, evenings-with-a-glass-of-something-in-hand bigger, then the Lay-Z-Spa New York is down to £426 from £549.99.

We'll be honest, pitching a hot tub mid-heatwave is a bit of an odd one, but you don't actually need the heat on to enjoy the bubbles, so don't let those temperatures put you off if you've had your eye on one because it will probably be raining next week and you'll need something to enjoy.

The furniture that'll make your garden look like you've got your life together
Channel your inner middle-aisle-of-Aldi energy here, because this is exactly that vibe.
This four-seater rattan-style set with cushions and a glass coffee table normally looks like it should cost the best part of £1,000, but during Prime Day you can get the whole lot for a couple hundred quid. Genuinely no one needs to know what you paid for it.
SHOP: COZYBRITE Garden Corner Sofa Rattan Furniture Set, WAS £199.99, NOW £169.99

The bits nobody thinks about until they're sat outside getting bitten
Some of the best garden upgrades are the boring ones, annoyingly. A garden parasol will provide instant shade and they instantly make any garden look like you've put in way more effort than you have.
And if wasps have been treating your garden like their personal HQ all summer, Raid's Outdoor Fly and Wasp Killer has 41 percent off for six cans, not exactly Instagram-worthy, but you'll thank us the first time you're not sprinting indoors mid-BBQ.
Not to mention Roundup Fast Action Pump 'N Go Weed Killer will make your lawn and patio look neat in no time.
SHOP: PHI VILLA 3m Garden Parasol Umbrella, WAS £89.99, NOW £68.64

For when you inevitably end up hosting everyone
The second the sun comes out and your garden is designated as the place to be you need to be ready.
This smokeless fire pit has 24 percent off if you want main character energy without your hoodie smelling like a bonfire for a week afterwards.
There's also Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Electric BBQ which has 15 percent off if you're more of a beginner griller. But if you're an expert pit master, go for Weber Spirit E-410 Gas Barbecue which also has 15 percent off.
SHOP: Yaheetech Fire Pit Heavy Duty Fire Bowl, WAS £69.99, NOW £52.99

We'll keep updating this as more garden deals drop throughout the even, because let's be honest, your garden's waited this long, it can wait for us to find you the best price too.
