Whether you’ve been thinking about joining Audible for a while now or simply want to cash in on free audiobooks, we’ve found a secret hack to get three months for free.

You can currently save a whopping £26.97 simply by signing up here, and here’s everything you need to know about the deal and what you get access to (but be warned, this offer ends on July 31).

How to get three months of Audible for free

Normally priced at £8.99 a month for Audible Premium Plus, or £5.99 for Audible Standard, you can currently get three months without having to pay a penny. However, you need to be signed up to Prime to get access to this deal.

If you’re not already signed up, an Amazon Prime membership costs either £8.99 per month or £95 if you choose to sign up for an annual subscription. But, it can be well worth the money when you consider just some of the perks that you’ll get access to and there are discounts for students, too.

From Prime Video to free fast delivery alongside early and exclusive access to deals, it can pay for itself and more.

Alternatively, if you haven’t been a member in the last 12 months or have yet to join Prime, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial to take advantage of the savings this week and beyond.

Once you are a Prime member, all you have to do is click this button to join. Just don’t forget to cancel your three month trial as it comes to an end, if you don’t want to be charged. We recommend setting a reminder on our phone.

What is Audible?

If you haven’t heard of it before, Audible is Amazon’s audio membership service.

And with a library of more than 400,000 titles spanning brand new releases and bestsellers, as well as podcasts and Audible Originals, we have a feeling you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to what to listen to first.

With everything from romantasy and thrillers to memoirs and summer romances, there's something for everyone.

And you effectively have three months to get through as many as you can without having to worry about shelling out for each book individually.

With the price of hardbacks, in particular, often being around the £20 mark, it’s easy to see why many have made the switch to listening to their books instead of reading a physical copy.

And if that wasn’t impressive enough, you also get one free audiobook to keep each month, as part of the Audible Premium Plus membership.

So, even if you do end up cancelling at some stage, you will be able to keep these in your library to listen to whenever you want.

You also get access to Audible Originals from the likes of Alan Partridge, Stephen Fry, French & Saunders and more.

The only real question is, what to listen to first…
