Now the words 'OnlyFans' and 'life-saving' aren't phrases you'd typically expect to hear in the same sentence, sure.

But in a miraculous turn of events, this is exactly what happened with adult content creator Belle Grace and one of her clients.

The 29-year-old content creator had been engaging in an x-rated video call with a customer back in 2022 when her previous experience in the healthcare field came in handy.

Things were getting hot and heavy with Belle and her client when she noticed that one of the man's testicles was considerably larger than the other.

Different shaped knackers isn't always a cause for concern, but can be also be an indicator of testicular cancer — which is why Belle urged her client to make an appointment at the doctors and get it properly checked out.

Which isn't what you'd typically expect to hear while getting hot and heavy in a video call, but the advice would go on to save the man's life.

Explaining what happened during the call in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle at the time, Belle said: "I said honestly, 'I do think you should get it checked out'. And it took me about four, five weeks to actually convince him.

"He did turn around and say, 'Look, I’m really embarrassed about it. I don’t actually want to go'. I said, 'Honestly, just go, you’ll be fine. Just get that peace of mind that everything’s okay'."

Thankfully the man plucked up the courage to see a healthcare professional as he later discovered the difference in size was due to an ‘aggressive form’ of testicular cancer.

He then underwent a procedure to have the tumour removed in order to prevent any further spread of the cancer.

"I can’t thank Belle enough for encouraging me to make the doctor's appointment. I honestly didn’t think anything was wrong," the client told to the outlet, adding that his 'embarrassment' had prevented him from seeing a doctor sooner.

So there you have it folks, OnlyFans can (in a very, very rare occasion) save lives.

How common is testicular cancer?

Testicular cancer is the most common form of the disease for men in their late 20s and early 30s, with around 2,300 people are diagnosed with the disease every year.
