Now, the best advice when it comes to drugs is probably not to take any at all, but one man who's taken 182 is also pretty good at handing out advice.
Although some younger folks are moving away from alcohol these days, due to the many health issues associated with regular drinking, the same cannot really be said of drug use.
It's pretty rife across the country and can lead to serious addiction and problems if not done in a sensible manner, with ketamine causing significant issues for a huge amount of people.
One man who certainly knows his way around illegal substances is Dominic Milton Trott, author of The Honest Drugs Book, who claims to have taken an eye-watering 182 across his life.

He put together his book as a way of educating people about the dangers of different drugs while also helping to ensure that they are taken safely.
“Education saves lives,” the 64-year-old told UNILAD.
“I felt that the government should have really written something like this. They should provide this information; it should be taught somehow through the system to people who are going to take drugs or might take drugs. And it isn’t.
“And, you know… I thought, 'I really have got to do this. And I've got to do this, because nobody else is doing it.'”

He's had some very varied experiences over the years but seems to be approaching something of a retirement when it comes to drug use, suggesting that there's just one which he would take again during an interview with Vice.
He said: "I wouldn’t, really. I rarely engage these days. If I went to Amsterdam, I might smoke weed. If I was traveling somewhere that had an interesting psychedelic, I’d try that. With most drugs I just think it’s not worth the two or three days that I will feel bad afterwards. I’m also not sure it’s a great look for an older guy!"
It's often said that weed is the gateway drug to other substances but Trott has already ticked most of them off his list, so he might survive partaking in some legal devil's lettuce should he ever return to the Netherlands.

His experience with weed was clearly far better than some of his others, as he's previously made it clear that he will never take fentanyl, the Mancunian shared that it was Black Mamba, which left him feeling perhaps the worst he's ever felt.
He said: "I was rolled up in the foetal position on the bed. It was horrific. But one of the things that got me through that experience was the knowledge it was going to come to an end.
"I had done my research before. But if I was a naive 16-year-old kid who just thought it was artificial cannabis, then it descends into this inferno of hell, it would be truly terrifying. It was this sort of experience that drove me to write and finish the book."
