The famous 'fish and a rice cake guy' has issued an important health message after announcing that he is infertile.
The bodybuilder, who now looks completely shredded, shares updates to his Instagram page documenting fitness routines and health advice.
In a recent new clip, the 37-year-old talked about taking steroids in his younger years and the impact it has had on his fertility.
Anabolic steroids have been proven to cause temporary or even long-term infertility by shutting down natural sperm production.

The clip, shared on Monday (21 September) sees the fitness fanatic talk about a 'very sensitive subject', as he says its something he 'wants to be open and honest about'.
He has vowed to start documenting his journey with IVF with his online following, in the hope of starting a family.
"I'm Danny, and I'm infertile. It feels weird saying it," he says. "When I was younger, I took steroids, and I knew that they do affect your fertility, but I also thought, 'It'll never happen to me, and if it does, I'll just deal with it when I'm older.'
"It seemed like such a long way away. So now I'm 37. I'm now ready to have a family, and I can't, so I've gotta go through IVF, and it's gonna be a big journey.
"And who knows, like, if I'll ever be able to have a family. And to me now, that's the most important thing in the world. But back then, it wasn't. All for bigger biceps. It wasn't worth it.
"If you're younger, and you're thinking of going on steroids, or even if you're older, and you're thinking of going on TRT, and you want children, then maybe freeze your sperm or just don't take them.
"I'm doing this video for a little bit of awareness because I feel like men don't really talk about fertility. So if you're struggling with your fertility, it's nothing to be ashamed of. You are not alone, and I will be documenting our IVF journey."

According to Healthy Male, steroid use stops sperm production and can cause infertility. Taking testosterone or anabolic steroids effectively shuts down the body’s natural hormone signals, which stops testes from making sperm.
They also carry health risks alongside fertility problems, and have been linked to mental health issues, cardiovascular disease, liver damage and cancer.
Danny's bizarre diet plan of eating fish and a rice cake became a viral sensation after he appeared on BBC Three documentary Baby Faced Bodybuilders.
Aged just 17 at the time and when asked about his died, Danny famously replied: "Eight o'clock in the morning, I'll have fish and a rice cake.
"At two o'clock, I'll have fish. At four o'clock - just before I train - I'll have fish and a rice cake."
But now, 20 years later, and with the addition of many, many tattoos, Danny has carried on lifting heavily, and has changed his whole approach to dieting.
He also now runs his own rice cake business and works as a barber in Preston, Lancashire.
He previously told LADbible about his new workout and diet routines, adding: “I do 150 minutes cardio a week. I do four weight sessions a week. And I prioritise protein but I have a low carb.
“But that clip just makes me look really thick. Which again, is really funny and people still get joy from it now, it still go goes around in waves."
