What comes in the Guinness Nitrosurge box?

You can purchase the Guinness Nitrosurge (RRP: £30) in the Amazon Black Friday sale, but it doesn’t come with any Guinness Draught Nitrosurge Stout Beer Cans which can be purchased separately.

In the box, you’ll get your device along with two AAA batteries.

If you want to turn the Nitrosurge into the ultimate stocking filler, you can purchase it alongside the official Nitrosurge cans and official Guinness pint glasses.

What experts say about the Guinness Nitrosurge device

Last year, YouTuber Daragh Curran spoke to LADbible about his honest experience with the drinks device.

He revealed that the item more than made up for its price tag, especially with the festive season right around the corner.

“I think [it’s] worth it, especially around Christmas time with group gatherings,” the social media star explained, adding: "It makes a significantly better pint than a regular can.”

In a YouTube video, Curran claimed: “Yes it’s a bit of a gimmick don’t get me wrong - but for me it produces by far the best Guinness you can get out of a can.”

High praise for the Black Friday-discounted product, huh?

Guinness Nitrosurge Amazon reviews

If you’re still undecided on whether it’s the right time to take your stout pouring skills to the next level, then maybe some real Amazon customer reviews of the Guinness Draught Nitrosurge Device will change your mind.

Some 10,000 people have purchased the Nitrosurge in the last month, with 80 percent of buyers giving the handheld appliance a five-star rating.

One said: "One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I honestly can’t believe how good of a pint you get from this. Beats most pub pints hands down."

“Such a clever little device! Easy to use and produces a top quality pint, just like you'd get in the pub!,” gushed one reviewer.

A second typed: “Works really well. The difference is huge. Nice creamy head that is impossible to achieve without it.”

“This product is a game changer,” commented someone else. “I have never had a Guinness at home as good as this produces.

“It's better than some draught Guinness that I have had from a pub. You may think it a bit expensive but it's worth every penny. If you like Guinness, get one of these. You won't regret it.”

How to pour the perfect pint with a Guinness Nitrosurge

If you’re wondering how easy it is to nail the ‘complete pouring experience’ from the comfort of your own home, then here’s a simple walkthrough.

Before you attach your pocket-sized perfect pourer to the top of your Guinness Draught Nitrosurge beer can, make sure the drink has been in the fridge for at least 24 hours.

Line up the Nitrosurge’s nozzle with the can, press down firmly, and hit the power button. This will set off the iconic two-part pour that Guinness is adored for.

Make sure the Guinness Harp is shining, and the ‘precision ultrasonic transducer’ is pulsing before horizontally pouring the liquid into a chilled glass.

Straighten up as more stout flows out of the Nitrosurge. Once it’s 2/3rds full, let the drink rest for around 60 seconds, just like your local bartender would.

Finally, round off your pint with a signature, creamy domed head and there you are - an Insta-worthy pint of Guinness.
