One of the fan-favourite burgers at McDonald's will be making a sensational return to stores very soon.
The American fast food franchise likes to keep customers on edge, making regular changes to its menu to introduce new burgers and snacks for all to enjoy.
While not all of its decisions are well received, there's no doubt that the updates keep the selections fresh, though there haven't been many complaints ahead of May's changes.

A burger which was considered the 'best ever' by foodies at the time is set to make a return to the Maccies menu tomorrow (7 May).
'Overhaul' is a light way to put it, as a number of well-loved items are making a comeback to replace some short-term exclusive food items, such as the 'adult Happy Meal'. If you know, you know.

The burger making a glorious return is none other than the Steakhouse Stack.
Fans were over the moon with the meal last time it was available as satisfied customer tweeted: “Just tried the @McDonaldsUK Steakhouse Stack what a great burger nice to have something new to try every now and then!”

Another person gushed: “Had a steakhouse stack from McDonald's the other day. It has #revolutionised my life.”
And someone else declared: “The Steakhouse Stack is probably my new favourite McDonalds burger.”
But with good news comes some negativity, as a chunk of the McDonald's menu has been changed, meaning that Monday (5 May) was your last chance to get to get your hands on them.
Here are all five of the menu items we're waving goodbye to...

Minecraft Meal
Sorry chicken jockey fans, but just a couple of months after its addition, yesterday was your last chance to collect one of the six collectable toys available in boxes.

They were even designed with grown-ups in mind, which cost £8.19 as the first ever 'adult Happy Meal', or just £3.99 in true Happy Meal size.

Mars McFlurry
The dessert option is set to leave the menu, giving those who don't fancy an Oreo, Maltesers or Smarties McFlurry, a sweet alternative.
This variation was mixed in with chocolate nougat and caramel sauce, with a regular setting you back £2.19 and a mini priced at £1.69.

Philly Cheese Stack
If a new burger is coming in, at least one has to go, and it's time for the Philly Cheesesteak-inspired burger to say its goodbyes.
Consisting of two Irish beef patties, a melted cheese slice, grilled and crispy onions, pickles and cheese sauce in a toasted bun, a meal cost £6.99.

McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse
This featured a chicken breast in crispy coating with cheddar, red onion, lettuce and smoky BBQ sauce, served in a sesame-topped sourdough-style bun for £7.49 in a meal.

Raspberry and White Chocolate Pie
Finally, this Valentine's special is being removed from the menu, after being introduced for just £1.99.
The pink pastry shell was filled with gooey raspberry compote and white chocolate ganache.
Not to worry though, a number of other popular items are being added back.

What's on the new McDonald's menu?
The Biscoff McFlurry is making a comeback a year after it was removed, for £2.29 or £1.69 for a mini, while the Biscoff Frappe will be available at £3.09.
Frozen Cherry Lemonade will be the perfect refreshing summer drink to sip on while sitting in the sun, and you can get your own for £2.99.
When it comes to meals, the McSpicy X Frank's RedHot burger is back on the menu.
It consists of a chicken breast in a hot and crispy coating, crunchy lettuce, cheese made with Emmental, jalapeños, slivered onions, and of course, a decent helping of Frank’s RedHot Mayo, all in a toasted sesame seed bun for £5.99 on its own or £7.99 as a meal.
If you want more of the sauce though, you can get the dip as an extra to dip your fries in, exclusively in the UK.
Summer is here, folks.
