A regular snus user tried what he said was the 'strongest snus pouch' in the world, and after a few minutes he decided he needed to go for a lie down.
Snus are those little pouches of tobacco and nicotine people stick into their gums as a substitute for smoking, or in some cases as an addiction developed without ever smoking in the first place.
They've gained some popularity among Gen Z as a vaping alternative, but health experts have been warning that it's really not very good for you as it does damage to your gums and you're still consuming harmful substances.
Dentists really don't like them due to the gum damage they do, which exposes teeth to greater harm and can lead to them rotting away, while they also leave white lesions on gums through prolonged use.

In the worst cases they lead to white patches called leukoplakia which can be precancerous and eventually lead to mouth cancer.

It hasn't stopped people from getting hooked on them, or from trying stronger and stronger versions.
One bloke who reviews the stuff on YouTube decided to demonstrate what sort of impact a pouch of what he called the 'strongest' snus would do to him.
The pouch in question was part of the Iceberg Black range, and the YouTuber said it contained 150mg of nicotine, about 10 times more than he'd get in his preferred brand of snus pouches.
Upon opening the packet he remarked that this particular kind 'always smells' like something that belongs in a toilet bowl rather than the fleshy confines of your mouth.
The pouch he shoved between his gums was meant to be 'tutti frutti' flavour, though when he gave it a preparatory lick he didn't appear to enjoy the taste.
Finally depositing the pouch into the crevice between his gums and his cheek, he guessed his audience would be wondering whether taking a strong snus pouch was healthy or not, and he was very clear it wasn't.

"Some people do use this snus on a daily basis, it's their go-to snus every day," he explained, saying he didn't understand that as his heart was going very fast, miming the thump-thump of a quickening heartbeat beneath his shirt.
He'd been using snus for eight years and said this stronger version was giving him a rush he didn't seek with his addictive habit.
Five minutes in and he was starting to feel the impact, saying it was 'really hard to explain'.
"I'm not saying that I feel sick or anything, but it's not a nice feeling. It's like I want to take it out, I don't want to keep in in any more. I'm really thirsty," he said, admitting defeat and choosing to follow the feeling that told him he ought to remove it.
Declaring 'it just doesn't do it for me' and that the pouch was 'too strong', he told his audience he wouldn't use it himself as he found the experience 'quick and brutal'.
At the end of his video he said he needed to go and lie down for a bit because he wasn't feeling good.
