MILKRUN is giving away 20,000 free grocery items this week, rolling out a limited-time drop designed to cover everything from quick dinners to sweet treats.

Available for four days only, the giveaway kicks off from 4pm AEST daily, with a different featured item landing on the app each afternoon — while stocks last.

Chocolate starts things off on Wednesday, followed by burger patties on Thursday for an easy dinner upgrade. Friday brings ice cream into the mix, before Saturday rounds things out with pizza, locking in a no-fuss meal to finish the week.

To get involved, you just need to jump on the MILKRUN app, head to the offer page from 4pm AEST, and claim that day’s item before it runs out. Each drop is capped at 5000, so getting in early makes the difference.

Alongside the free grocery drop, MILKRUN is built for quick, no-fuss shopping, with orders arriving in minutes. So once you’ve grabbed your free item in the app, it’s just as easy to keep things going — whether that’s pulling together dinner at the last minute or sorting a late-night snack.

New customers can also get free delivery on their first three orders, making it a simple way to try it out while the giveaway is live.

Between Wednesday April 29 through to Saturday May 2, a new grocery item will be up for grabs every day at 4pm AEST — with 5000 items available daily. Set your alarm and score yours via the MILKRUN app before they’re gone.
