Brits given massive Walt Disney World discount that could save you more than £2,000

A trip to Walt Disney World in Florida could now be affordable for so many more Brits

The idea of going to Walt Disney World is a distant dream for many.

But it might have just taken a massive jump closer to reality with a saving that could cut thousands off of the cost of your trip to the east coast of the United States.

Located in Bay Lake and Lake Buena Vista, Florida, the destination is a holiday of countless children's dreams - with parents doing their upmost best to see smiles on the faces of their kids.

On the flip side, there's no shame in being a Disney adult. You don't need children to enjoy theme parks and escaping reality and fulfil your own children dreams.

For Brits, the costs associated with travelling across the Atlantic Ocean for a vacation to the Florida theme park is steep - from the planes to the hotel and park tickets.

But it's just become a whole lot more affordable thanks to a new deal that has been recently revealed by Disney itself.

Those heading to Walt Disney World can now get up to two grand off of the cost of their holiday.

That's because the company is reintroducing one of its most popular packages.

Yep, the Free Dining & Drinks packages have made a return.

It's exactly how it sounds; free food and drink for those holidaying in Disney World.

There's one catch in that you have to be staying in an official Disney resort hotel but that'll be a given for many - and might now be worth considering if you were thinking of going elsewhere, with some hotels less than £70 a night.

Those who do book in a Disney hotel will therefore get free food and drink inside the parks for every day of their stay. And it's for every guest that is aged three or older, so the little'uns are included.

Ultimately depending on your hotel package, you could be looking at a saving of at least £2,210 for a two-week holiday at Disney.

There are two Free Dining & Drinks packages to pick from. The first, the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, includes two Quick-Service meals; one non-alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal; one selected snack or drink; and one resort-refillable mug.

The more upmarket Disney Dining Plan includes one Quick-Service meal; one Table-Service meal; one non-alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal; one selected snack or drink; and one resort-refillable mug.

It'll count for holidays taking place from the summer of 2025.

You can't book yet, with that happening from 18 April this month via disneypackages.co.uk.

Other offers at the moment see travellers able to get up to £300 off packages including flights and up to £200 discount on hotel and park ticket packages, meaning you could really save a whole load if you time it right.
