This woman was left looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed after cutting out booze for just eight days.
Paige, a yoga instructor, decided to take an entire month off of drinking earlier this year to see what difference it made - and she began to reap the rewards just over a week in.
She decided to document her '30 day sober journey' on social media so that people could follow along, and it's safe to say they were wowed by how different she looked after going alcohol free.
Although a lot of us enjoy having an alcoholic drink to celebrate or unwind, it doesn't do your mental or physical health any good.

As well as this, consuming alcohol can alter your appearance drastically, as Drinkaware explains it can impact your skin, eyes, weight and even body odour.

That's why Paige decided to keep a video diary of how her face changed when she became abstinent.
She recorded a clip of herself on the first day of her sobriety journey and had already noticed a huge difference just eight days into her detox.
She uploaded a video comparing the two clips while showing off her transformation and the comment section was filled with compliments for Paige.
One person wrote: "The skin and eyes are always the first to change. You look healthier."
Another commented: "Yes. Wow. That's an eye opener!"
A third added: "You're glowing."
And a fourth chimed in saying: "Well done! It's amazing how much better we feel inside too."
There's a scientific reason behind the transformation in Paige's appearance, as alcohol dehydrates you and can dry out your skin.
Ditching the booze can help reduce the number of wrinkles and, in turn, make you look younger.
Skin expert Fiona Tuck explained that since 'alcohol is a diuretic', it will mess with your body's hydration and can also lead to it storing more water, which gives a person a puffy face.
She added that since alcohol could be 'inflammatory to the body' that could result in brown spots, dull skin, pigmentation, redness, loss of collagen, wrinkles and congestion.
"Chronic alcohol consumption can lead to systemic inflammation, causing inflammaging (chronic, low-grade, inflammation) or premature ageing," she said.

Fiona added: “Not only that, but alcohol relaxes and widens blood vessels, which can lead to temporary redness and flushing in the face. Over time, the vessels can weaken and may become more prominent."
She went on to warn that drinking alcohol a lot would also mess with your liver and your body's ability to flush out toxins, which could also change your appearance.
Paige's results show how quickly your body can recover after avoiding booze.
Better skin, brighter eyes, and a more youthful, healthy appearance are all bonuses which come with reducing your alcohol consumption or quitting booze altogether.
Drinkaware explains that most of the effects of alcohol on your appearance 'are reversible' if you reduce the amount you are drinking.
