Let's face it. You hit around 25 and it all goes south. The grey hairs appear, the bags under the eyes grow larger and the wrinkles deepen.
For some blokes, the prospect of becoming a silver fox is quite enticing, for others it's the end.
Don't ask us how, but some appear to find a way to slow the ageing process and can probably get to about 40 before they begin to wither.
But Chuando Tao, of Singapore, seems to have stayed the same age since his 20s.

His social media account is full of pictures and selfies where he shows off his eight-pack and fresh-face. Here's a few - have a go at guessing how old he is...
Would you believe me if I told you that Chuando was 50? Well, even if you don't, he is.
He puts it all down to regular work-outs and the habit of not bathing late at night or first thing in the morning.
Some very fortuitous genetics are probably on his side too.
He's a former pop star who's now turned his hand to photography and modelling, and was thrust back into the limelight on Saturday after appearing in an advert for a Chinese news website Yidan Zixun.
His photography business, ChaunDo & Frey, has seen him shoot high-profile Asian celebrities as well as the album cover for Janet Jackson's Discipline.
Youthful looks aren't always an advantage, however. Looking too young can lead to constant questions over your age, and the famed 'can I see your ID please' at supermarkets and the like.
So maybe it's not all bad news for the rest of us, eh?
