When Gemma Swift appeared on The Jeremy Kyle Show in January she was quickly mocked by viewers over the state of her gnashers. Her story, the fact she'd admitted she'd been sleeping with her friend's ex-boyfriend, was irrelevant.
The poor lass had lost her teeth in a childhood accident but that didn't stop everybody from going savage.
For example, one Twitter user claimed that "Gemma uses her teeth to crack open #SpecialBrew cans" among a whole other froth of hate.

Obviously, Gemma felt like shit after seeing the vicious comments, saying "It felt like I just wanted to break down."
Jeremy Kyle saw all this bile being unleashed on social media and decided to pay her £10,000 to get her teeth sorted out.
He then brought her back onto the show this week and boasted the results.

"Thank you so much," Gemma beamed. "You've changed my life... I can look in the mirror and everything now!"
