Fans of James Corden were shocked after seeing footage of the presenter getting towed along during filming for The Late Late Show's Carpool Karaoke segment:
The video was posted on Twitter claiming that the 41-year-old British presenter was filming with Justin Bieber. The footage showed the Range Rover on wheels, being towed by a truck.
Replying to the video - which was posted by Twitter user Zoli Honig - fans have expressed their outrage (we're sure they're only joking).
Zoli wrote: "Saw James Corden and Justin Bieber filming carpool karaoke and this is why I have trust issues - he isn't even driving! Next thing you know they gonna tell us that his friends don't *actually* need a ride."
In response, someone said: "MY WHOLE LIFE HAS BEEN A LIE," while another mimicked that saying: "Lol my life was a lie. I thought he drivessss."
Another fan added: "All along I used to respect James Corden for being able to concentrate on driving and singing at the same time: but now I feel betrayed. So even the Amigos, Mariah Carey, Michelle Obama and the rest was just a lie." Think someone is taking things a little too seriously.
Someone else said: "I always wondering how safe it is, how the police didn't pull them over, i thought they had police cars to guard them in front and back and some unbusy street to do the shoot. I never thought that they pull the car."
When you put it into perspective, we guess it would be pretty tricky to pass CBS's health and safety regulations, given all his dancing, singing and, well, not concentrating in the slightest.
Echoing how obvious it actually is that he was never driving, someone wrote: "It's kinda obvious tho if u pay attention to it. That was good for them, safety first!"
Another wrote: "I knew it. It is a tad bit impossible for a Brit to drive on US roads while singing on top of his lungs!" There's just no fooling some people, is there?
Back in 2018, Corden was filming a singing sesh with Maroon 5's Adam Levine in the passenger seat when they were pulled over by cops.
The pair were singing along to 'She Will Be Loved', when all of a sudden they were interrupted and told to pull over. Initially we thought that he could be in trouble for driving without due care and attention, but now we've found that wouldn't have been an issue.
It turns out that the sheriff seemed more interested in hearing the star sing than arresting anyone.
