Medical Examiner Rules Naya Rivera's Death As 'Accidental Drowning'

The Ventura County Medical Examiner has concluded their investigation into the death of Glee star Naya Rivera.

The examiner has declared the 33-year-old died on Lake Piru in California by 'accidental drowning'.
