Dana White shows off his ripped body after he was told he has just '10 years to live'

Dana White has revealed his newly toned body after being told he had as little as 10 years to live.

The 53-year-old dropped 14kg (30lbs) following a stark warning from Gary Brecka of 10X Health Systems, who estimated the UFC President’s life expectancy using blood and DNA samples.

After hearing that he may just have a little over a decade left on this earth, the MMA promoter decided to put the work into getting fit.

And fit he certainly got.

He recently shared a post on his Instagram flaunting his ripped physique that he says he worked on for just 10 weeks as part of Gary Brecka’s program. 

White told the Action Junkeez podcast: "This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you're going to die, and they're right within a month.

"I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA. And the following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back.

"So, he calls me [and says] I’m going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work. He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work."

White was shocked to learn that he had been given just over 10 years left to live.

"I'm all f****ed up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live," added White.

"This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me 'If you don't change these things, this is your life expectancy.'

"He told me everything that was wrong with me, s*** I hadn't even told my wife.

"And he says, 'If you do everything I tell you to do for the next 10 weeks it will change your life.' I did everything he said to the letter, and I lost 30lbs.

"Everything is gone in 10 f***ing weeks, I have been working with doctors for 10 years and they haven't been able to do anything. This guy is incredible and he can literally change your life.

"I feel like I’m 35 years old again. Swear to god, I feel like I'm 35 again."

White took to social media on Sunday to show off his slimmed down physique, posting a picture of himself topless in the gym alongside a video of himself talking about his incredible transformation.

Fans were blown away by his impressive six-pack.

One fan posted on Twitter: "Insane transformation!"

Another added: "Been seeing Dana leaning out. Good to hear he's healthy."

While a third wrote: "This is great to see. I'm glad Dana is prioritising his health and overall wellness.
