Dioga Jota's widow, Rute Cardoso, has shared a message online following the footballer's death earlier this month.
The 28-year-old Liverpool FC player - who got married to his long-term partner, Rute, in June - was involved in a deadly collision in northwestern Spain on 2 July.
He passed away alongside his brother and fellow footballer, Andre Silva, 26.
In a statement on Instagram on Tuesday (22 July) Rute wrote: "1 mês do nosso 'nem a morte nos separa'.

The message translates to mean: "1 month [since we said], 'Until death do us part'. For ever, Your [bride]."
The tragic incident unfolded on a stretch of the A-52 motorway in the municipality of Cernadilla, near the city of Zamora.
"A vehicle left the road and everything indicates a tyre burst while overtaking," a brief statement from the Guardia Civil said at the time.

"Pending the completion of forensic tests, one of the deceased has been identified as Diogo Jota, a Liverpool FC player, and his brother, Andre Felipe."
In a statement following the tragic incident, Liverpool FC said: "Liverpool Football Club are devastated by the tragic passing of Diogo Jota.

Only days before, the Liverpool FC footballer had posted wedding pictures on social media with the caption 'yes to forever' and an infinity symbol.

In their wedding video post, the Liverpool footballer had called it 'a day we will never forget'.

Days later, Diogo's physiotherapist Miguel Goncalves spoke out about his final encounter with the footballer, revealing that he'd been helping the Liverpool star with recovery after he underwent surgery for pneumothorax – also known as a collapsed lung.
Speaking to Portuguese outlet Record, Goncalves recalled his final interaction with Jota.
"I said goodbye to him and his brother, Andre, at around 8.30pm," he explained, adding that the pair had decided to travel through the night as it would be cooler.
"His brother was a great companion and decided to go with him, to accompany him on the trip, and that way they would also spend more time together.

"He told me that the journey would take about eight hours, but that they would stop at a hotel in the Burgos area to rest.
"They were only supposed to arrive in Santander today, catch the boat and then go to England."
