KFC Is On The Hunt For A Professional Chicken Taster

KFC has announced it's on the prowl for a professional chicken taster, having advertised what may just be the job of a lifetime.

While you may already have the skill for putting away endless amounts of fried chicken, finally you'll be able to put it into good use as a 'professional finger licker' for the company.

Oh, and while you snack you can even hit back at any haters by telling them you're actually busy working.

KFC is looking for 'KFC's biggest fan' to become the face of its next campaign and 'finger lick their way to fame' (ooh er), with the only catch being that you must be good at eating chicken. Yep, you've got this in the bag.

The ad said: "One clucky fan will get the chance to tuck into some of Kentucky's finest, winging their way to stardom as the face of the chicken legend's latest campaign.

"The winning KFC connoisseur will take part in an exclusive photoshoot showcasing their finest finger lickin' skills."

If you think you fit the bill - or beak, we should say - then you simply have to tweet KFC in no more than 280 characters with one good reason why the Colonel should choose you for this 'world first, one day finger-lickin'-ternship', using the hashtag #KFCFRYERME and tagging @KFC_UK.

If you get the job, you'll then get to see your face in lights with your photo showcased in a restaurant - and even on your very own dedicated billboard.

While one lucky person will get to eat fried chicken as their legitimate job, there's nothing stopping you chowing down if you don't win out this time.

After all, KFC has just launched an 80-piece popcorn chicken bucket - possibly the best ever way to comfort yourself after an unsuccessful job application. We've all been there.

Costing £5.99, the popcorn chicken bucket will be available until 22 March 2020.

The only caveat is that you must be signed up to the KFC app and the loyalty scheme - the Colonel's Club - to get your hands on the bucket (which is recommended to be shared between four people).

Once you sign up on the app, you've got two options - you can either get the bucket alone (for £5.99) or you can get the bucket with two large sides for £8.48.

The large sides to choose from include: fries, gravy, beans, coleslaw, two corn cobs, creamy mash, garden salad, southern rice or a 1.5 litre bottle of pop.
