Walkers Has Absolutely Disgusted Fans With New Flavour Of Crisp

Brussel sprouts - they're the nasty bit of the Christmas dinner that everyone pushes to the side of their plate because, let's face it, they taste like the smell of farts. There, I've said it, don't @ me.

Despite the rather dismal reputation, Walkers for some reason reckons the Xmas-only vegetable is a worthy flavour to base a packet of crisps on. As such, the company is set to unleash a range of Brussel sprouts crisps in the UK in the run-up to the festive season. Excuse me while I go vom in the corner.

Now I'm fully aware that my opinion is not one shared by everyone and no doubt the new snack will have the nation divided, just like actual sprouts do.

For those who sit in the same camp as myself, you might be pleased to know that it's not all bad news - the sprout snacks will come as single bags in a multi-pack containing turkey & stuffing and pigs in blankets flavoured crisps as part of Walkers' new festive range.

And if that doesn't tickle your fancy, another multi-pack - called 'Christmas dinner for sprout haters' - is set for release, containing glazed ham, turkey & stuffing and cheese & cranberry flavours.

So if you're really tight for money this Crimbo or you just hate all the cooking but love all the flavours, you could just buy one of each of these multi-packs and have yourself and potato snack-based Christmas dinner. All of the trimmings, none of the fuss.

And it won't break the bank either: the multi-packs total just £1.50, while a single bag costs 60p. If you're interested in trying the divisive new flavours, you can get your hands on them from next Monday (October 15).

Sprout hater or not, let's face it, we're all going to try them just to see how the hell Walkers has managed to capture the flavour of the slimy green vegetable and pump it onto a crisp. We're not sure if it's genius or gross, but it's happening.
