A former LAPD detective who worked on the Biggie Smalls (Christopher Wallace) and Tupac Shakur murder cases says he knows who killed the two rap icons.

It seems like countless documentaries have been made about the two murders, however, the fact remains that both cases were never technically solved and no one was charged, meaning some still wonder what happened.

Well, ex-officer Greg Kading was assigned to the robbery homicide division and claims he can put an end to the rumours.

In an interview with Vice, he said: "Orlando Anderson is absolutely positively the murderer of Tupac Shakur. Sean Combs was associated back in New York with a high level drug dealer named Eric Martin, he was known as Zip.

"Zip was getting his cocaine and his PCP from a West Coast gang member who is a Crip named Keith Ed.

"Keith Ed's nephew is Orlando Anderson. He's the individual that got into a fight with Tupac Shakur the night that Tupac was shot.

"Orlando Anderson's the one that was in the backseat of the white Cadillac that pulled up alongside and shot Tupac.

"So you've got Combs, Martin, Keith Ed, who was also in that white Cadillac and had secured the gun gave it to his nephew and his nephew shot and killed Tupac.

"In 1998, Orlando Anderson was trying to collect a drug debt. He was in Compton at a carwash, and he got into a confrontation where guns were pulled out a shooting and stings of gunfire in Orlando Anderson was killed at that time in 1998.

"There's a pretty good chance that Orlando Anderson would have been charged had more time being given to put the case together. But him being dead obviously makes him immune from prosecution."

As for who killed Biggie Smalls, Greg says: "Biggie was killed by an associate of Suge Knight.

"He hired a guy named Poochie to track down Biggie at the Petersen Auto Museum in March of 1997. And wait for him outside and he pulled alongside and shot either side of the car killing Biggie.

"Poochie was a blood gang member from Compton, well known to Suge Knight, well known to those in Suge Knight's circle.

"Poochie was a known gunman, a known violent gang member and is a perfect guide to recruit for that job. We don't know that Poochie acted alone, we know Poochie was involved but whether or not he had lay off guys or spotters, we don't know."

Poochie was murdered in 2002.

"So by the time we get the information about Poochie from the coconspirator, he's no longer chargeable either, much like Orlando Anderson," concludes the former cop.

Tupac was killed aged 25, while Biggie was killed at 24.
