Biohacker spending $2 million per year to reverse age reveals sexual sign that can 'predict how long you'll live'

Bryan Johnson, from Utah, spends millions every year to keep his body decades younger than his actual age

One of the world's most popular biohackers, Bryan Johnson, has revealed the one sexual sign that he says can help 'predict how long you may live' and figure out your biological age.

Johnson, from Utah and living in California, is 47 years old but claims to have the biological age of an 18 year old man.

For half a decade now, the tech entrepreneur has spent $2 million every year on trying to reverse his age. With a $300m personal fortune after selling web payment services Venmo and Braintree to PayPal for $800m in 2013, he is now spending his time trying to perfect his body.

And key to a long life and his ultimate goal of living forever is Johnson's sexual drive, he has claimed in a new interview.

And in particular, it's all to do with his erections and how long they last while he is sleeping.

It's not the first time he's brought up the topic in his biohacking journey, going viral earlier this year after revealing he has undergone 'erection tests' with his 19-year-old son, Talmage Johnson.

Sitting down to chat to MailOnline, Johnson claimed his 'penile health' is decades younger than his actual age, sitting at the ripe old age of 22.

Using a device on his manhood, he says he has three hours of erections every night.

And while there are no direct studies on erection data and health, Johnson says it is a sign that his overall health is ticking along as he would like.

He said: "When I first started measuring nighttime erections, I didn't know if it was a good idea. Is it lowbrow? Is it like a little off?

"It turns out that - this is true for both men and women - that a man's nighttime erections and a woman's nighttime erections - the clitoris engorging - is one of the most important biomarkers of anything about our entire body.

"So while it kicks up some giggles, it really is one of the most important things for all of us to know about our bodies and it's just not talked about."

There are studies that show sexual wellbeing has a very real connection to extending your lifespan as one scientific paper from 2022 says 'sexuality and intimacy are a source of emotional support, which is known to protect against mortality'.

On top of that, satisfaction with sexuality 'may reduce health effects of stress' and, as a consequence, the risk of death.

Johnson claims that men who aren't having erections at night have a 70 percent greater chance of dying early; something that is also backed up in another study published in 2022.

Having a low number of nighttime erections has been linked to issues with circulation, high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes, according to Dr Emin Özbek.

Comparing his erection data to son Talmage last month, Johnson said that on one particular night he had 182 minutes of erections compared to his son's 184 minutes.

The data went viral, with some telling Johnson there was 'still time to delete this'.

Talmage wasn't too bothered, mind, responding by saying: "I am grateful for the way my dad has raised me."
