Missing X-Factor star Levi Davis hasn't used bank cards or phone for two weeks

Missing X-Factor star Levi Davis hasn't used bank cards or phone for two weeks

His mum is urging anyone with information to come forward

Missing rugby union star Levi Davis has not used his phone or bank accounts for two weeks.

Davis, who once appeared on Celebrity X Factor, was last seen on 29 October at The Old Irish Pub in Barcelona, Spain and hasn’t been in touch with friends or family since.

His mum Julie Davis said that his phone signal was last picked up at Barcelona’s Sants mainline train station on the night he disappeared.

However, his mobile phone and bank accounts have not been used since, his mum has been told.

Speaking to Daily Mail, she said: “Every day that Levi is missing makes the pain and heartache worse, we just want to know he is safe.

“It’s every mum’s worst nightmare. People tell you to always value a hug or a kiss as you don’t if it’ll be the last, I never used to understand that, but I get it now.

“The police have told us that he hasn’t used either of his two bank cards nor his phone for two weeks.”

She went on: “We don’t know if he had cash and was getting a train or was staying close by or visiting someone near there.

“There’s been no trace of him since then and we are getting more and more worried. But we are still keeping positive, and the police are doing all they can.

“We’ve been told that he may have been sleeping rough in Barcelona over the last couple of days, but we aren’t 100 percent sure it was him.”

Levi had only been in Barcelona for three hours before he vanished and was last in touch with his mum while in The Old Irish Bar when he sent her a video of a singer performing.

Prior to setting off, Levi had told Julie that he was hoping to travel around Spain, before heading to France to meet up with some friends.

Levi's brother Nathan said: “Someone, somewhere has to know something.

“It's a slow process but we are trying to piece together his last movements. I would ask anyone who may have seen Levi to please get in touch with the police.”

Last week, Julie appeared on Good Morning Britain where she urged Levi to get in touch.

Addressing her son while on the show, she said: “Levi, please, if you see this message please get in touch.

“I can’t begin to understand how you’re feeling but just know that I do love you and our family loves you, we just want you home.”
