Hafþór 'Thor' Björnsson has showed off his incredible weight loss ahead of his upcoming boxing match against Devon Larratt on 18 September.

The former World's Strongest Man has scrapped his strongman diet and has now shredded a serious amount of weight - 50kg.

The Game of Thrones star used to weight around 205kg and had to eat roughly 10,000 calories a day in order to maintain his size.

He's dropped his intake to 4,000 calories and the results are there for all to see.

In his latest Instagram post, Thor showed off his body transformation and many were amazed in the comments section.

One user wrote: "Amazing transformation sir. Hats off"

A second user added: "Incredible your transformation. Really look like a fighter. Amazing effort, well done."

While a third user concluded: "That's the leanest I've ever seen you!"

His upcoming bout with arm wrestling legend Devon Larratt is a last minute replacement after his previously scheduled fight with Eddie Hall was postponed.

That's the one many of us are waiting for.

They have had an ongoing feud since Björnsson accused Hall of cheating at the 2017 World's Strongest Man.

Both have dropped a mega amount of pounds and were due to fight in Florida, however, The Beast suffered a detached bicep in July and the match had to be rescheduled.

The fight was originally set to take place on 18 September, but because of Hall's bicep injury, it is now postponed to 2022.

Hall said: "Little bit of bad news. On Monday I threw a bit of a lazy left hook in training and detached my bicep.

"Good news is I had the surgery on Thursday, it was a complete success. The bicep's reattached - I'm able to move it already, even after two days.

"Bad news is the fight is going to have to be delayed, it won't be going ahead on September 18.

"I'm doing everything I can to recover as quickly as I can and I'm looking forward to getting back to training. I'm most looking forward to ripping Thor's face off.

"Super disappointed but this is not in my hands."

The Beast is now back training and both fighters look pretty determined to smash each other up.
