Lana Rhoades has spoken out about one the worst things she ever had to do as a porn performer.

The former adult star was speaking on the Three Girls One Kitchen podcast when she opened up about her time in the industry.

During the conversation, Rhoades revealed that she still struggles with the mental impacts of one scene in particular.

The 24-year-old said: "One of the worst... honestly, I feel like I'm in denial sometimes and I can't accept some of the things that I've done.

"There was one thing that, ya know, I tried talking to a therapist about before something that I had to do for a scene that was really rough for me.

"Basically, this guy had a bowl and he, like, gagged me until I threw up into it and he, like, pissed in the bowl, and during the scene he asked me to drink it, and I didn't know how to say no.

"It was one of the most disgusting, foul scenes."

Watch the segment below:

This was just one of a collection of horrific experiences that led to Rhoades taking the decision to leave the porn industry for good.

And speaking on YouTube channel BFFs with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards recently, she revealed that it turned out to be a pretty smart move, as she's now a multi-millionaire.

Hitting out at the industry, Rhoades said: "The industry I did not get paid s***.

"I probably had $100,000 (£71,000) in my bank account when I quit shooting porn and now I'm a multi-millionaire."

Rhoades, who is now on OnlyFans, said: "I think there's still going to be girls who are infatuated with the industry, who think that it's very glamorous."

Adding: "That's what I warn girls against, it's not that glamorous. It's not even well paying. It's smarter to go into Instagram, or just do an OnlyFans."

When asked if she believes her current success on social media is down to her previous career, though, Rhoades admitted: "You never know."

She then explained: "I'm kind of, like, the blueprint for how to get out of porn. And so that's what I tell girls - it's social media.

"That's how I got out. I started posting on Instagram every day and hustled. I blew up my Instagram, that's actually what blew me up to be number one PornHub - I was not number one before I quit porn."

Rhoades can now earn an eye-watering $30,000 (£21,000) per post on her Instagram page

She also boasts more than 25,000 subscribers to her $5.99 (£4.00) a month OnlyFans accounts.
