Stormzy fans have been left in stitches after the rapper was thrust into the air by UFC star Molly McCann-Pearson backstage as she celebrated a win. Catch the clip here:

On Saturday, 24 July, McCann-Pearson - a.k.a. 'Meatball Molly' - went head-to-head with Hannah Goldy at the UFC Fight Night 208.

Fellow MMA fighter and close friend Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett also stepped into the ring against Jordan Leavitt.

Despite her epic victory - 'Meatball Molly's' match was stopped by a technical knockout (TKO) in the very first round - McCann-Pearson clearly still had a lot of energy left.

The UFC shared a video of her taking on British rapper Stormzy backstage which has left fans howling in amusement.

Coming up stealthily behind the 'Shut Up' performer, McCann-Pearson swung her arm between Stormzy's legs before hoisting him into the air, announcing: "This is a high clutch."

However, the rapper nearly fell to the floor, not only from shock but also as a result of his body tilting heavily to one side.

Luckily for him, Paddy 'The Baddy' was onside to save him, grabbing Stormzy's arm and steadying him as everyone around the trio erupted into cheers, the rapper left backing away hands raised in the air, looking slightly scared of McCann-Pearson's impressive display of strength.

In the video Stormzy can be heard telling 'Meatball Molly': "Why'd you got to do me like that? I want no problems."

The UFC captioned the video: "Heavy is the crown for Stormzy, but not for Meatball Molly. #UFCLondon."

UFC fans and fans of the rapper have since flooded to the comments of the video.

One wrote: "Stormzy doesn't want the smoke."

"That’s it. Put her in the heavyweight division I’m tired of it," another said.

A third wrote: "She’s something else and I love it."

Another post questioned what 'Meatball Molly,' 'Paddy the Baddy' and Stormzy's name would be if they formed a band.

"We don’t get knocked out," one user suggested.

Another commented: "UF(Storm)C."

The most liked suggestion so far is: "Scouzers Paradise."

McCann-Pearson took out Goldy with a TKO in the very first round at the 3.52 mark.

The match is the third 'Meatball Molly' has won in a row.

Paddy 'The Baddy' also smashed his match against Jordan Leavitt, beating the American mixed martial artist and UFC lightweight in the second round of the pair's fight.

In another video posted by the UFC, McCann-Pearson and Pimblett can be seen posing for a photograph together.

'Meatball Molly' can be heard telling the cameras: "We told you. We're not here to take part, we're here to take over."
