However, the 48-year-old from Medway, Kent, has since gone on to bigger and better - and certainly more prosperous - things, having turned his bizarre skill into an extremely profitable business on - you guessed it - OnlyFans.
Apparently there truly is a kink, obsession or fantasy for everyone, including a man making his belly go from ripped to beer belly in a matter of seconds.
The name for the sort of fetish in question? MPREG. a.k.a. people who fantasise about male pregnancies.

However, Simon also apparently appeals to those who fantasise about 'stuffing' and 'rippling' as well as 'Vore' which is about people eating others and 'keeping them in [their] belly and eventually digesting them'.
He explained how, in response to Mpreg requests, he makes 'lighthearted fun videos about being pregnant, moaning about it, talking about it and videos of me pretending to give birth'.
He continued: "Stuffing is exactly what it sounds like, just eating food and supports the ideal of growing.
"As there are a lot of people in the belly community that likes to just encourage people to get fatter. They are appropriately called 'Encouragers'.
"One tried it with me offering to buy me loads of Big Macs, but I politely refused as my fitness is important to me, and besides that, I like being slim, as the extremes are visually better."
Simon uses his 'belly talent' to 'bring [the] ideas to light in funny videos' and makes people's fantasies 'visual as opposed to imagined'.

Simon resolved: "I like making videos and I like acting. I've had to learn about what they like and, although I'm nine months down the line now, I'm still surprised about people's kinks.
