King Charles’s words to Melania Trump have been revealed after she and her husband visited the royals during a state visit.
A lip reader has given their verdict on a moment where Donald Trump conversed with the King, Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Previously, there was a lot of hoopla online about Trump supposedly breaking protocol, which made King Charles 'clearly uneasy' during his state visit, but this conversation seems to be telling on their feelings towards one another.
During Trump's second state visit to the UK, he and Melania landed on 16 September and spent the day at Windsor Castle with King Charles.

It may not be a surprise that Trump was caught breaking a rule as he doesn’t seem to be well versed in all the royal protocol.
Do you remember when he walked in front of the late Queen Elizabeth II?
He forgot to bow, got handsy with King Charles and Prince William, and then again walked out in front of the monarch again.
Apparently, this left the King feeling ‘uneasy’.

However, his chat with the president earlier was nothing but pleasant, with Charles even cracking a joke to his wife.
According to a lip reader, who spoke to MetroUK, Trump first spoke to William at the bottom of Marine One, and said to him: “Hello my friend, how are ya?”
Melania and Kate then exchanged pleasantries and walked over to the King and Queen Consort.
While walking, Trump asked Prince William, ‘how are the children?’ and he replied ‘they’re well and at school’, explaining that the term started again.
Trump said: “It’s been a while since you chatted with me.”

Prince William then said to Kate: “He has missed our little chats.”
They then made a promise to catch up during the visit.
While the president and first lady shook hands with King Charles and Camilla, Trump said to the monarch: “How are you doing, it’s a pleasure, Your Majesty. Thank you for inviting me.”
King Charles then pulled out a joke to Melania and referenced her giant purple hat, stating: “I do hope the wind doesn’t blow away your hat.”

Speaking on behalf of OLBG, body language expert Inbaal Honigman previously said King Charles was 'clearly uneasy' with some of the things Trump did that day, explaining that as Trump and the King were stepping out to walk through arrayed soldiers, he was a little stuck with what to do with the US president as he started walking ahead.
Honigman said Trump likely 'misinterprets the gesture' and King Charles was 'left behind' as Trump started walking in front of him.
"As Charles walks up behind him, he is seen with a half-smile on his face, revealing that he is bemused," the body language expert said.
"The Monarch smooths his tie down, which can signify nervousness. He's not sure what to do now. He's faced with two options - to correct Trump and potentially embarrass him, or to go along with what is potentially a break in protocol."
