People were split over Prince Louis' actions while standing in front of the crowd during the Trooping the Colour celebrations.
In case you missed it, the Royal Family are celebrating the annual ceremonial event at Horse Guards Parade today (14 June).
Trooping the Colour celebrates the official birthday of the British Monarch, though it isn't always celebrated on that day.
Over 1,400 soldiers and officers are involved in the celebrations, as well as 200 horses and upwards of 400 musicians from ten different bands, who all play their parts.
Corps of Drums also march and perform for the audience and Royal Family members.
But it wasn't the extravagant celebrations that have taken the headlines on social media this year, instead, it's all to do with a seven-year-old royal.
Prince Louis stole headlines for his behaviour at the event (Neil Mockford/Getty Images) Prince Louis could be seen at front and centre of the balcony with his family, including King Charles, though like most seven-year-olds, he let his excitement get the better of him.
Viewers saw the third child of Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, wave enthusiastically and continuously at the crowd.
It was a wholesome moment that saw his father look down and smile at him, but his brother wasn't as impressed.
Prince George, 11, could be seen putting his hand on his brother's shoulder, signalling him to stop waving so much.
One user took to X, posting the short clip with the caption: "Prince Louis delighting the crowd with some waves and Prince George telling him to stop," with a laughing emoji.
But while some saw the lighter side, others were not happy with what Prince George did to his brother.
After the seven-year-old could be seen speaking to his father, Prince William, and then his siblings, they don't think that George's reaction was necessary.
A different user pointed out: "There wasn't any need to correct him either. Just looks petty."
Posting a photo of the young Prince waving, another wrote: "You know Prince Louis said something funny here. So adorable!"
People have been very critical of Prince George's actions (X) Louis could be seen beaming with smiles all around throughout the celebration, while even being spotted peering out of an open window before celebrations kicked off.
People also noticed that King Charles was joined by someone while waving farewell to the crowd, as his grandson was eager to get back to waving and was the last one waving before the Royals walked off the balcony.
He could even be seen with his arm in the air while walking back into the building.
