This bloke seems to be vying for the best boss ever award, as he's promised his entire workforce the day off after England's next World Cup match.
After thrashing DR Congo 2-1 on Wednesday (1 July) and securing their spot in the final 16, the Three Lions are now gearing up to take on Mexico next Monday (6 July).
But given that the game kicks off at 1am for those watching in the UK, a lot of people will be turning up to work bleary eyed the following morning - however, Andy Golpys' staff will be able to stay in bed.
Those lot will be able to wake up as and when they please after what we hope will be a long night of celebration, despite the formidable opponents the lads are going up against.

That's because the Andy, the co-founder of MadeByShape - which is a web design and branding agency based in Manchester 0 has kindly given all of his employees next Monday off.

Andy, who launched the firm back in 2010 with Jason Mayo, didn't want to put a dampener on anyones festivities by forcing his team to drag themselves into the office after a late night.
As he was well aware that 'the majority' of people who work for MadeByShape will be tuning into the high-stakes clash against Mexico at the Azteca Stadium, he decided to make everyones lives a little bit easier.
Speaking to LADbible, Andy explained: "Some will have hangovers, so why not just let them enjoy the night and not worry about working on the Monday?
"The people who don't want to watch the game, can also have the day off with the same rules. It's only one day, so it wouldn't disrupt the business that much."
However, there are a couple of conditions.

"There are things we've said to the team though," Andy continued. "As long as their deadlines don’t get missed and their clients are informed, I think it’s a nice benefit of working at MadeByShape."
Andy said he intends to continue this tradition if the football fever continues and England progress further in the 2026 World Cup.
Explaining his motivations for giving his 21 employees the day off next week, Andy added: "It's not like this happens all the time.
"I think businesses can be flexible when it comes to little staff benefits like this."
MadeByShape kindly offered employees a day off back in July 2024 too, when England incredibly reached the finals of Euro 2024 and went up against Spain.
Although it culminated in us getting beat 2-1, Andy's staff were at least able to drown their sorrows late into the night without worrying about waking up for work the next day.

It turns out that the MadeByShape team - which is made up of designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, accounts, support and client relations - actually have their colleague Kerry Hounslea to thank for all of this.
The content writer explained that at the time, she plucked up the courage to ask Andy if they could have the day off after she had consumed 'a few pints of Guinness'.
Kerry told LADbible: "I genuinely expected him to laugh it off, but he just replied, 'Yeah, if they win'. Now England’s back playing and we’re facing the same thing with Monday’s 1am fixture!
"At most places, you’d either have to book annual leave or drag yourself into work running on about three hours’ sleep."
Heaping praise on her boss, she went on to say: "It’s not a normal perk and I don’t take it for granted! Ever since then, my mates are always telling me to put a good word in because they want to work at Shape too!
"It's safe to say we’ve got pretty sound bosses here. There'll be a few sore heads Monday, but at least we can stay in bed all day if need be."
Perhaps more employers ought to take a leaf out of Andy's book, eh lads?
