Eddie Hall says he has been interviewed by police after he was filmed in a shocking clip.

The retired strongman went viral after he appeared to tell a driver he'd 'rip their f***ing head off' on Monday night (5 May).

Posting a lengthy YouTube video of 'the truth' yesterday, Eddie has now taken to Instagram in an update as he claims that one of the men involved have 'tried to press charges for assault and damage to his car'.

'The Beast' says there are 'no marks' on the person's face and 'no damage to his car whatsoever'.

He also adds that he pointed out to police that the man was using their phone while driving, and claims that's now being taken into consideration.

Speaking out yesterday, the cousins who were 'chased' by Eddie claim he 'threatened' them and left their kids 'screaming' in the back of the car.

In the original viral video, the 37-year-old appeared to shouting at people in a car outside of his home in North Staffordshire.

A person in a vehicle ahead says: "He's just scared my daughter, Eddie Hall. Did you just see that?"

As the cars then start to make a move, 'The Beast' seems to 'chase' them and shouts: "Get out. Get out, you f**king p**ck. I'll rip your f**king head off.

"All of you. Get out and I'll f**king rip all your heads off, you p**ck."

But in his YouTube video yesterday, Eddie says this initial video just paints him 'as a bad guy who smashes cars up, threatens people and upsets kids' as he asked people to look at both sides of the story.

While the cousins say they wanted to 'whizz past' as one of their stepsons is a 'big fan', Eddie says they were outside of his home for 'a total of 10 minutes' before his wife, Alex, asked them 'politely' to move and then for another 'seven minutes' before he then went out.

He also added that he didn't know 'kids were involved' until the 'last 30 seconds' due to blacked out windows.

Eddie then shared CCTV to 'prove' there was a much longer interaction than what was shown, as he explained he was 'protecting his family'.

The strongman insists he 'did not touch the guy' as police appeal for witnesses.

He says the police have spoken to him. (X)

The force told us yesterday: "We were called to an address on Seabridge Lane in Newcastle-under-Lyme at 8.55pm on Monday (5 May) following reports of an assault.

“A man approached a car that was parked nearby and shouted at the driver. It is reported that the man tried to open the door of the car when it started to drive away.

“Our enquiries are ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to get in touch by calling 101 or using Live Chat on our website, quoting incident 678 of 5 May.”
