Artist reveals what Game of Thrones characters were actually meant to look like in real life

The AI recreations resemble the Game of Thrones cast

Game of Thrones fans, I hope you're ready to be creeped the f**k out by these AI recreations of your favourite cast.

The US fantasy drama is, of course, based on George R.R. Martin's best-selling book series, 'A Song of Ice and Fire'.

Airing from 2011 to 2019, GoT remains HBO's most-watched series, starring Peter Dinklage, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke and Aidan Gillen, to name a few.

However, in the age of AI, digital artist and AI web model, MsBananaAnna, has decided to share some character reconstructions based on the real book descriptions - and they are definitely a bit mad.

While some of the images resemble the cast, others are very different.

Take a look below:

Daenerys Targaryen

This is apparently what Clarke's character would look like from the book, as the artist explains to boredpanda.com: "Age 13-15. Daenerys has the classical Valyrian look; She has violet eyes, pale skin, and long, pale silver-gold hair. Daenerys is slender of frame. Daenerys has been described as fair, and beautiful."

Jaime Lannister

I think Nikolaj Coster-Waldau fans are going to like this one, with the AI image portraying the epitome of good looks.

"31 years, green eyes, curled hair colour of beaten gold, handsome, tall," the Melbourne-based artist notes.

Brienne Of Tarth

MsBananaAnna describes the 17- to 20-year-old version of Brienne as 'unattractive by Westerosi standards'.

"She is tall, muscular, flat-chested, and ungainly, with shoulder-length brittle straw-colored hair and broad, coarse features that are covered in freckles," the description reads.

Arya Stark

Maisie Williams' epic portrayal of Arya has seemingly transformed into a nine-to 12-year-old.

The character in the book is supposed to resemble Aunt Lyanna.

Cersei Lanister

English actor Lena Headey - who plays Cersei Lannister in the series - is probably going to be happy with this one.

The artist said: "Although she is considered by some to be the most beautiful of the seven kingdoms, her age was brought into consideration along with the prophecy that she will be replaced by a younger, more beautiful queen.... so I tried to not make her beautiful but not as striking as described."

Sansa Stark

"Age 11-14. Deep blue eyes, light auburn hair, with the Tully features of high cheekbones," MsBananaAnna explains.

"Takes after her mother, but Catelyn believes Sansa will grow to become more beautiful than her. Considered by many characters to be fair-looking, and Tyrion considers her to be as comely as Margaery Tyrell."

Lyanna Stark

Arguably the most accurate-looking representation of a 16-year-old version of Aisling Franciosi, this photo shows 'typical Stark features of a long face, grey eyes, and brown hair'.

Jon Snow

Here we have Jon Snow, played by Kit Harrington.

"Age 14-17. Has the most Stark features of the kids, with dark grey eyes, a long face, and dark brown hair," the artist adds.

Tyrion Lannister

And last but not least, we have Tyrion Lannister, played by Peter Dinklage.

"24 years, mismatched green/black eyes, thin hair so blonde it's almost white, large jutting forehead, oversized head."
