The haunting final snapchat sent from missing teen Jay Slater's phone has been revealed as Channel 4 are set to release documentary.
There was 'a lot of activity' on Jay Slater's phone the night he disappeared, according to his mum.
The search for the apprentice bricklayer, 19, from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire lasted almost a month after he went missing on holiday in Tenerife.
Slater disappeared on 17 June 2024, after he travelled to a remote Airbnb in Masca with friends.

It was later revealed that he made a call around 8:50am saying he was lost and had one percent battery left.
He said he missed a bus and was trying to walk back to his accommodation in Los Cristianos.
After almost a month of searching, his body was discovered on 15 July 2024 in the Juan López ravine, near the area where his phone last pinged.
The coroner ruled that Slater, who had taken a number of drugs, died from head injuries after falling down a ravine.

Ahead of new Channel 4 documentary The Disappearance of Jay Slater, his mum Debbie Duncan said she found an unsent message when logging into his Snapchat account.
As reported by The Sun, she claimed it was sent to his friend Bradley Geoghegan.
"When we signed into Jay’s Snapchat there was an unsent message from Jay to Brad," she said.
"So the message was obviously just flying around and then the message sent to Brad, which obviously gave Brad a fright.
"He messaged me straight away ‘are you on Jay’s phone?’ I said yeah we’ve just signed into his Snapchat.

"He said ‘I’ve just got a message that’s just come through from Jay’. The last message he sent.
"He said ‘listen, I’m not going to make it’. It’s kind of like he knew he just wasn't going to make it."
Debbie revealed that there was around 70 missed calls on his iPhone, as well as a 22-second call to his friend Lucy at 8.50am.
Lucy said she got in touch with emergency services at 9.04am.

She told the call handler: “Yes, he said he feels like he’s going to die up there and then the phone cut off.”
Slater attended the NRG music festival at Papagayo in Playa de las Américas, staying in a remote Airbnb in Masca with his friends.
Having gone on a 14-hour walk, the post-mortem found he died from traumatic head injuries consistent with a fall from height, and that there was no evidence of third-party involvement.
“Not in a million years did we predict what was to unfold,” Debbie said.
“He had a large circle of good friends who have been left devastated at his tragic death.
